These Terms and Conditions govern the use of thenaturalbrand.co and purchases from The Natural Brand LLC. By placing an order through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.
Products
The Natural Brand offers two types of products:

Weekly Menu: Personalized meal-prep orders arranged and confirmed through WhatsApp.

Frozen Products: Packaged frozen products purchased directly through our website.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct website or pricing errors, or reject or cancel an order.
Orders Pricing and Payment
Customers must review all products, quantities, preferences, prices, delivery details, and contact information before confirming an order. Weekly Menu orders are confirmed through WhatsApp. Frozen Product orders are confirmed through the website after payment is successfully completed.
No minimum purchase amount is required. Prices presented at checkout or during Weekly Menu confirmation are the final prices and include applicable taxes and service or processing charges. Customers receive a receipt or order confirmation after completing payment.
Final Sale
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the preparation, packaging, or allocation required for each order, all sales are final and non-refundable. Orders cannot be changed once placed. Cancellation rules and limited exceptions for errors attributable to The Natural Brand are described in the Order Delivery Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Delivery
The Natural Brand offers delivery only within eligible Miami areas. Pickup is not currently available. Delivery schedules, fees, order deadlines, and customer responsibilities are described in the Order Delivery Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Ingredients and Allergens
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and product information before ordering. Products described as gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, or made without certain ingredients may still be exposed to allergen cross-contact. Customers with allergies, celiac disease, sensitivities, medical conditions, or prescribed diets should contact us before ordering. The Natural Brand does not provide medical or nutritional treatment advice.
Website and Product Information
Product photographs and illustrations are for reference. Actual appearance, portions, presentation, or packaging may vary. We try to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee that all descriptions are complete or error-free.
Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses
The website and its branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, designs, recipes, and product names are owned by or licensed to The Natural Brand. They may not be copied or commercially used without written permission. Users may not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, misrepresent payment information, or place orders for unauthorized resale.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Natural Brand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Applicable legal proceedings will take place in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
